Activity in the Cargo rate

Activity shows how you interact with orders, including how often you complete, skip, or cancel them. When you sign up for Delivery, your Activity level is automatically 100 points. This is the highest score you can have.
You can track your Activity level in your Yango Pro profile. To find it, press the button in the upper-right corner of the main screen. Your Activity level will be displayed on the left under your name. Click on this section to see a more detailed Activity report, including when and how many points were awarded/deducted for certain orders.
Why is Activity important?
With an Activity level of 100 points, you’ll be able to see Point B of the delivery upon accepting the order.
Your Activity level will affect your access to orders. If your Activity level drops to 10 points or lower, your account access will be restricted.
How does Activity work?
Points are awarded for each completed delivery and deducted for each skipped or canceled order. To maintain a high Activity level, don’t decline new orders or cancel them after accepting them.
