Cargo loaders
Last updated 22 Apr 2025
Some orders cannot be fulfilled without the help of a loader. Orders with loaders cost more. Let’s look at what loaders do, what the rules of loading are, and how the cost of these orders is calculated.
What is a loader?
A loader is someone who loads and unloads the cargo from the vehicle. The loader can be the driver or another person.
When you register in the service, the “One loader” option is automatically enabled. That loader is you. If you don’t want to be a loader, you have two options: 1) You can disable the option in Yango Pro, so that you stop receiving orders that require a loader. 2) You can find a loader yourself who will load and unload cargo instead of you.
Either way, remember that there must be one free passenger space in the cabin for the user.
What does a loader do?
Loaders load and unload cargo from the vehicle. The cargo must be picked up from the entrance to the sender’s address and delivered to the recipient’s address. During loading, the loader must comply with the rules for placing and securing the cargo to prevent it from being damaged during transportation.
For example, a loader picks up an armchair from an apartment at Point A, carries it to the vehicle, loads it into the back, and drives to Point B. There, the loader unloads the armchair from the vehicle, carries it up to the apartment, and takes it inside.
If there is no elevator in the building, the loader must carry the items up and down the stairs to the required floor. In this case, loading and unloading may take longer. This time will be paid according to the rate. Let’s look at this in more detail below.
If a customer complains that the loader is refusing to load/unload the cargo or demands more money than the amount specified in Yango Pro, the driver may have their access to orders restricted.

Rules of loading
Some items are too large and/or heavy for one person to carry alone, which is why we have loading rules.
One loader can carry one item weighing a maximum of 30 kg, for which the total of its three dimensions does not exceed 200 cm. This could be a bicycle, a computer chair, a pair of tires, a monitor, a painting, or a lamp, for example.
How do loaders affect the order cost?
If the user selects the loader option, the order cost will be ₼20 higher.
How is loading and unloading paid?
The order cost includes 5 minutes for loading at Point A and 10 minutes for unloading at Point B. If it takes more time, the user pays extra.
