The user feedback that forms ratings should reflect a driver’s professional qualities. That’s why your rating is protected by a special algorithm that doesn’t take into account unfair user feedback.
Here are a few cases when user feedback won’t affect your rating:
the user leaves negative feedback too often
the user frequently contacts Support asking for promo code discounts
feedback was only negative because the user wasn’t satisfied with the vehicle model
In the future, our system will also be able to exclude other types of unfair feedback.
Support staff still can’t influence how your rating is formed. The system decides on its own what feedback is fair or unfair.
