1. Don’t create trip requests for yourself

Only complete trips that come from other users.

2. Don’t ask friends or anyone else to create trip requests for you

If someone you know needs a ride, they shouldn’t create trip requests until one is offered to you. This disrupts how trip requests are distributed.

3. Never complete or start trips without passengers

If for some reason the user can’t reach your car (for example, they requested pickup somewhere with restricted access), ask them to cancel their request. Also, don’t end trips in the app as soon as the passenger gets in the car. Only end trips in the app after they are actually complete.
