About slots and delivery planning

Q: The order of publication for scheduled slots

Every Saturday, new scheduled slots for the week ahead appear in the Yango Pro app.

Q: How to choose slots in advance

You can start fulfilling orders on a free slot at any time — just click "Start free slot".

Q: Start and end of the scheduled slot

To get to the scheduled one on time, you need to arrive at the starting point of the selected location in 10 minutes and start the slot. The scheduled slot will end by itself — as soon as you deliver the last order.

Q: How to cancel a scheduled slot correctly

Everyone's plans may change, but you still need to warn them in advance. You can cancel the scheduled slot yourself via the app, but no later than 12 o'clock on the previous day. To do this later, you will have to contact the support service with a valid reason and proof (for example, a doctor's certificate if you are ill). If there is no reason, this is also a reason to reduce income or limit income — an unplanned burden will fall on your colleagues again.

Q: Take orders immediately

Is there a new order in the app? Do not delay and click "Apply".

Q: How important it is to change the order status on time

You need to change the order status on time — pick it up when it's ready, and don't linger in the restaurant.

Q: Why do I need to read comments on orders?

Don't forget to read the comments on the orders — they may contain important information for delivery.

Q: If the client does not get in touch

Sometimes the customer does not answer the doorbell, does not respond to the phone, and you cannot place the order. You don't need to immediately contact support for advice and wait for a specialist to respond. There are instructions for such situations:

Q: Order Fulfillment Quality Report

In order to maintain access to orders and your income, you must comply with the service standards — the rules of courier deliveries with Yango. To help couriers control the quality of their deliveries, we send a report on the quality of order fulfillment — it arrives on Mondays in a separate chat on the Yango Pro feed.

Q: Automatic order acceptance

On the slot, you need to accept every order that you receive — this is one of the main standards of service.

Slots are the time intervals in which you plan to take orders. There are two types — free and planned.

Free slots can be started at any time and in any place, and the duration can be any. Please note: this slot should not be shorter than 1 hour and you need to complete at least 1 order for it, otherwise the system will not consider it as delivery activity.

Scheduled slots can only be started:

• in a certain place — at the starting point of the selected location

• at a certain time — when you select it, you guarantee that you will be able to fulfill orders in this interval.
