Main rules

Rules that will help you get more orders and tips.
To maintain high quality deliveries, it is imperative that you know and follow the service standards. Once a week we send all couriers a report on the quality of order fulfilment: it gradually adds data on compliance with all standards — whether there were violations or not, the number of incidents. This will help you always know if everything is in order with deliveries, and understand what exactly needs to be tightened to maintain access to orders and your income.
Take all orders and deliver them: on time, intact and complete. If you are very late, the customer may cancel the order due to your fault. Not bringing the order at all is unacceptable for a courier. In the restaurant, make sure that you pick up your order. Read more.
Take care of your appearance: your thermal bag and branded clothing must be clean and you must look tidy. Use only your personal branded thermal bag — without it you may simply not be given your order in the restaurant, and you will not be able to pass the photocontrol of your outfit. It is not allowed to let other people wear branded clothes.
Observe traffic rules, drive carefully on the roads. Check transport before deliveries — it must be in good working order, clean and intact, with no signs of rust and with reflective elements for safety.
Set up for a slot. Don’t miss a planned slot, don’t be late for the start and don’t leave early. Read more. If going to a planned slot doesn’t work out or you really need to finish early, email the support team ahead of time.
Act carefully. Treat any property with care — the client’s order, the equipment issued to you by the service, the rented transport and even the barriers at the entrance to the yards :)
Be polite to everyone when presenting a service: customers, restaurant staff, customer service specialists and even just passers-by. Say hello to customers and wish them a pleasant appetite, read their comments on their orders. Apologise when you’re late (even if it’s not your fault) and say goodbye when you leave. Read more. If you’re being rude, don’t be provocative and don’t fight with anyone — it could end up in court. Try to quickly give your order, say goodbye and leave, and then write to the support team — we will sort out the situation.
Maintain your integrity. Respect personal boundaries and don’t get to know your customers: you can’t strike up conversations, visit, ask for tips or bother the customer after the order has been delivered. It’s enough to say hello, have a nice meal and say goodbye. Do not give your user number to anyone and do not use it after ordering. Also, do not share your account password and login with anyone or take someone else’s data.
Come to deliveries sober. Alcohol or drug intoxication is unacceptable.
Obey the instructions of the control authorities: you must follow the recommendations on virus prevention and traffic rules, otherwise you may receive an administrative fine. We try to tell about it in time in the news in our Telegram channels. In no case go out to the slots sick — you are in contact with food.
Stay honest: don’t cheat restaurants, customers and customer service, don’t abuse the service rules and press all statuses on time. Don’t use special apps to change your location during a slot — the system will notice the cheating.
Stay in touch while you are on a slot. For example, if you are delayed, the support team will try to contact you: if you can’t get through, the order will be cancelled due to your fault.
