What to do if a passenger makes your interior dirty

Contact Support the same day the incident takes place. Explain in detail what happened. A team member will help faster if you send a photo that clearly shows what was dirtied.
Support can give you a promo code if you haven’t already received the maximum number of promo codes yet. This number depends on how many orders you’ve completed.
If your interior is very dirty and requires dry cleaning, you’ll get a promo code for 12 hours.
If the interior can be cleaned by simple washing and vacuuming, the promo code will be for 6 hours.
If professional cleaning isn’t required (for example, dirty rugs, dry garbage needs to be thrown out, crumbs or sand), promo codes aren’t provided.
