Priority for accepted trip requests
Last updated

We no longer use the Activity metric. Now, we only use priority — this will make it easier to use the app.
When you complete trips without skipping, your priority for accepted trip requests goes up.
However, when skipping and canceling trips, your priority for accepted trip requests is decreased.
You lose more priority points for canceling accepted trip requests than for skipping new requests.
If you skip or cancel too many requests, your access to them may be temporarily restricted.
The instructions below will help you get up to speed with the new system. You’ll also receive prompts about your priority for accepted trip requests in Yango Pro.
How priority for accepted trip requests works
Check the Priority section in Yango Pro — go to Accepted Trip Requests.
Your priority increases with each trip you complete.
You don’t have to start over every day. If your priority went up or down during the day, it will be the same the next day.
Priority levels
The maximum level is +100, while the minimum is 0 points.
If your priority falls below 11 points, your access to new requests is restricted for 30 minutes. If the priority drops to 11 points again after that, you lose access to trip requests for an hour.
Reasons why your priority may decrease
Your priority decreases when you skip and cancel trip requests. To get your priority points back, complete trips without skipping or canceling.
If you don’t want to or can’t complete trips, set your status to Busy. Then Yango Pro won’t offer you new trips and your priority won’t go down.
The new system works in the Efficient and Flexible earning modes.
In the Flexible mode, you lose fewer priority points for skipping trip requests.
