How we ensure compliance with standards: photo checks

Photo checks are remote vehicle or document inspections that open or prolong your access to orders.
Here’s what you need to remember to pass photo checks:
Only vehicles with at least 4 doors are eligible for service orders.
You don’t need to go anywhere for a photo check. Just get your car ready and follow the instructions in Yango Pro to take pictures of it.
Only take pictures of the car that’s in your profile.
Try to take pictures during the day or in a well-lit area. If the car’s interior or exterior aren’t visible or are poorly visible in the pictures, use the flash.
We don’t accept blurry or dark photos, photos with a glare; low-resolution photos taken of the screens of other electronic devices, apps or old photos, or photos that have been edited or manipulated in any way.
Photo checks are normally required every 30 days. The system may ask you to pass it earlier if your personal information changes, or if additional verification is required to help improve service quality.
If you don’t pass the photo check on time, your access to orders will be temporarily restricted. It will only be restored after you pass the photo check.
