What are Activity points?

Activity points reflect how you handle orders. Activity points are awarded for each order you complete. But they're also deducted when you tap Skip or cancel an order. If your Activity falls below a certain level, you won't receive any more orders. The further away the passenger or sender is, the more points you'll earn for completing the order, and the fewer you'll lose for skipping it.

How is my rating calculated?

Your driver rating is based on the weighted average of your last 150 user ratings: the more recent a user rating, the more it influences your driver rating. Even if something happened and your most recent user rating is low, you can increase your driver rating by completing more orders with high user ratings.

What is order priority?

Our order distribution system is fully automated. It selects a driver or courier based on user order requirements. Orders are offered to whoever can reach the user fastest. But if there's a driver or courier with a higher priority nearby, then they'll receive the order instead. The higher your priority, the faster you'll receive a new order. If you have order priority, you'll be offered more orders, which means you can earn even more.
