Riders, just like drivers, may rate rides anonymously by putting one to five stars in the mobile app. Each low or high mark impacts the driver’s Rating and remains in force for two months. The more ‘five stars’ you receive, the more orders you get.
If you’re interested in regular orders, try to keep your Rating within 4 to 5 stars.
How to calculate your Rating
Basically, the Rating reflects your overall driver performance for the last 60 days.
Make sure to keep your Rating at ‘four stars’ or above, otherwise Yango may automatically suspend your access to orders.
You can always tap ‘Driver’ on the upper control panel to launch Taximeter and see your current Rating along with the percentage of accepted and completed orders.
How to improve your Rating
Keep in mind that you will temporarily lose access to orders should your Rating drops below ‘4 stars’. However, once the older low marks expire, your Rating will grow up and the access will be restored.
