How to get order priority

Here we’ll explain what gives you priority when our system distributes orders, and how to increase your priority.
What is order priority?
Our order distribution system is fully automated. It selects vehicles based on order requirements. Most often, orders go to the driver who can reach the pickup address fastest.
But if there’s a car nearby with a higher priority, they get the order even if they’re a bit further away. In other words, the higher a driver’s priority, the less time they spend without orders and the faster new orders are offered.
For example, a user requests an Economy ride. A car is found 500 meters from the user, but the driver doesn’t have any priority. However, there’s another driver 600 meters away who has priority. This ride request goes to the second car.
What priority gives drivers
When all other conditions are equal, our system will choose the driver with priority, i.e. they’ll be offered more orders when online. In other words, they’ll spend less time without an order and earn more.
How to get priority
Order priority is calculated in points earned by meeting certain requirements.
To earn additional points:
Increase your rating
Earn a higher tier in the rewards program
Complete orders for the service over an extended period of time.
The full list of activities that increase priority and the number of priority points earned will depend on where you complete orders.
How to check priority level
You can view your current priority in the top left corner of the main screen. Tap the icon and a detailed window opens up.
Here you can see the points you’ve already earned, and what you can do to earn even more.
Tap any of the requirements for more information.
Yango has the right to change priority terms and conditions to optimize service operations, including in force majeure circumstances.
