How we allocate orders

Yango allocates orders to drivers automatically.
Neither dispatchers of taxi companies, nor our employees can step into this process. And even driver’s performance is not taken into account.
Our system simply searches for the nearest available vehicle of the suitable service class, so that the pickup could not take more than 15 minutes.
If a passenger requests any additional options, our allocation robot will also take them into account, e.g. a child safety seat or an additional space for skis.
Drivers’ preferences are also considered. Once a day you can choose a payment method to be used for the next order: cash or card. And twice a day Taximeter can find orders along the way based on the locations you have previously selected, e.g. going home after the shift is over.
Branded vehicles (i.e. vehicles with Yango logos and branded color wrap) have the highest priority when it comes to allocation of orders. When there are two vehicles of the same service class and distance from a passenger, the order will be allocated to that with our branding.
